A convicted American child rapist who has since been charged with burglary in Melbourne was granted a temporary spousal visa to enter Australia despite his past.

Any yet while watching "Airport Security" another who reported he was charged with possession of 1/2 teaspoon of cocaine 17 yrs ago was refused entry to Australia.

It is clear our laws prefer rock spiders be walking our streets.

I can't understand how he got in - after all we have a system that's almost foolproof - we ask them to tell us if they've done anything wrong.

I really can't see how such a carefully thought-out system can go wrong. Where could the problem be?
