Why the HELL is someone like this going to a cafe when he's supposed to be in jail? He's escaped once, he's proved he can't be trusted - this is ridiculous, and shameful.

They can do a hook-up between jail and court these days, so why any person already in jail needs to go to court is beyond me. I had to go to curt with someone once (just for support) and the person before my friend was a man in jail, and we could see him and hear him as he talked to the judge.

Apparently they've caught him in Sydney. He's from some kind of special unit beside the jail for vermin who've served their sentence but are still a danger to everyone else.

They're shipping him back to Vic soon. Thank goodness.

Honestly... I think there's some merit here in reopening St. Helena island for these creeps!

Amazing though how with Ferguson he was planted all over the news, and was able to get on the internet and send toys to children and go to public pools without supervision, yet this Warford is watched and he escapes.

Why do they ever let them out? They don't stop and they don't change.

Because we have rights, and while it sounds like a good idea on paper to look after everyone's rights, In reality, it is impossible.
We protect the rights of kids by making them the invisible victims, they need to be protected, but people see the paedofile,and not the victim, and fact is most don't look like Ferguson, most look like normal everyday people, and people feel sorry for the person they see, and the anonymous victim is forgotten.
No one wants to know about paedofiles, or at least know the reality of paedofiles, It becomes just a word.
And of course it will never happen to our kids, or kids we know...
Paedofiles lust after the little girl playing on the swings, the little boy with the plastic football, and some even lust after the babe in it's mothers arms.
Some are so devious they claim it is "love" which makes them want a child's body sexually.
Because their way of thinking is so foreign to normal decent people, We try and rationalize it by questioning if they may have a mental illness, or were they molested as a child, or come from a bad home, Is there a faulty gene in their makeup......
We make excuses up for them, because it makes it easier for us to digest.
The fact is, they are just sick creeps who should never be given a second chance, Ever.
And they should be locked up and have the key thrown away....Because letting them out means another little boy or girl are going to be hurt, and hurt in such a way as they carry the scars for life.
And some are killed after their little bodies have been violated.
We need to put kids before vernam!

dadssk well said and only thing I would add if one of the vermin were to hurt a child again this time the Judge or what ever the creep who let him out will also pay the price!

If any these vermin even looked at any of my grandchildren their lives wouldn't be worth living after I had finished with them, I would happily spend the rest of my life in jail.

It amazes me that they can still claim that they're not hurting children, that what they do is natural and normal, even that they help them. They can't or won't admit they do so much damage to their victims, they won't stop or change.

No they won't ..........chemical castration is what the authorities should do to them ..............

Not so much today I don't think, but years back when a person was considered bi-polar and dangerous they would lock them away in a padded cell full of drugs, they should do the same with these creeps but with big nails pocking out the wall for when they ram the wall with thier head.

Why chemical and not surgical? At least with surgical we know it's permanent and they're not going to just stop taking the medication.
